Hi Listers,
Okay I had to recreate my email database because it got corrupted. Thanks to
the nice lady at PDI tech support I got it done.
A couple things I'm noticing since recreating it are:
1. When I go to free the database in keymail the BN always reports 0 bytes
freed. Before whenever I've cleared it before recreating the database the BN
has a number in the thousands even if I just deleted like five messages and had
nothing in any of my other email folders. Why is this happening? Since I have
been able to send and receive email again I have had only 9 messages to
download at one time if that makes a difference.

2. I notice that the subdirectory for the keymail folder does not seem to be
there or I cannot find it. The one that has the attachments in it. Maybe it
doesn't exist until I receive an email with an attachment?

3. When I downloaded email again emails that I think were on the server in the
hours ar the database was corrupted were no where to be found. I called
Earlthlink and they couldn't find them either. I say this because when the
problem started the BN was trying to download messages a larger number than I
received when I was finally able to download my email after the database was
fixed. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help and your
time.
Lisa
