Well, I'd suggest writing Dean privately as well as on the list, or possibly 
Jonathan.  Maybe one of them could send the latest build of 5.1 and you could 
have her do a reinstall.  If the product key is there, I shouldn't think it 
would be a problem to reinstall if you should need the key again.  As for the 
availability 
of the 5.1 build though, You'd have to ask Dean or Jonathan about that.  

It seems to me that it might be faster to go that route rather than going 
through Humanware, so might be worth a try.
