Can you reply to this message and, within it, actually write the character in 
question? I'll have speech read its name on the BN, and the name it gives may 
help to figure out to how it is referred in the Unicode tables.  Some 
characters are not referred to in the way we might usually refer to them; for 
instance, the "underscore" character is referred to as "low line".
