Greetings all: OK, once again, we're beating this subject to death. I agree with Laura that it would be nice to have the 6.1 in our hands now and Sarah is also right in the fact that none of us want a buggy release.
However, we have to remember that PDI or Humanware (whichever they are called now), are under limitations by their own developers and development and distribution procedures and under mandates by Microsoft regarding where and how software products can be released. I do agree that a more realistic release date could have been given back in June but for anyone who has ever worked in software production or any other creative process knows, one can't predict every circumstance or obstacle. I'm sure that Dean, Jonathan and the rest of the PDI staff would love to have the upgrade in our hands today. If nothing else, it would cut down on the amount of speculative email.
