you can surely leave the flash card in at all times.

Hi, I just bought a compact flash card today and because I have really bad
arthrightis in my hands I find it really hard to get a grip on the card to
remove it. So I was wondering if I could just leave the card in the back
of
my voice note at all times? Like when I turn it off and when I am carrying
the unit around. will this do any damage to the card or the voice note?
