Regardless of the location you choose for a downloaded file, it is first downloaded into the KeySoft System Disk before being transferred to your chosen location. This means the size of files which can be downloaded successfully using KeyWeb is limited by the amount of free space in this drive. I'm guessing your file exceeded this amount, meaning you won't be able to download it with KeyWeb.
