I know that the Braillenote PK is not based on the Pocket PC platform,
however the majority of such devices for sighted individuals do not in
fact print.
There is third party software that a pocket PC owner can get that will
allow printing, but in their native state insofar as I am aware devices
such as an Ipac do not support printing.
Having said all that, the competition does support both printing and
embossing, which certainly indicates that it can be accomplished.

Subject: Re: [Braillenote] Pricing of PK

Hi all,
Why would the PK not be able to handle printing directly? Is it a
matter of not having drivers to work within the Windows C operating
system?
Wouldn't USB connectivity solve some of this and make it more likely
than
less? What am I missing?

    Lisa
