You probably have many messages in your database because this error message 
would imply that the BN is taking a very long time, longer than the ISP allows, 
to save a message.  Try doing some "housekeeping", if you will--doing some 
emptying out of your database by deleting messages--then free your database 
space, do a simple Reset, and try sending it again.
