Hi mary. We will be as forthcoming as we can, when we can. I only urge
people to look at our track record. Rather than forcing people to buy an
entirely new unit to stay current, we have already offered one hardware
upgrade to allow people to stay current for far less than it would have
cost to buy a new unit. That's because we understand that these devices are
not cheap, and while we obviously can't run at a loss, we also think that
doing the right thing by customers encourages brand loyalty. I want to
emphasise that in no way is the BrailleNote customers have now being phased
out, and I would again urge people who don't need the ultra-portability to
stay with the BrailleNote they have, because they're not being abandoned
with respect to any of the common requests we see from customers. With
KeySoft 6.1, a lot of work is going into getting the foundations right on
which we can build for the future. At the same time as putting in place
those foundations, we're adding a whole chunk of cool functionality. Just
imagine what we'll be able to do when the foundations are there and we can
concentrate exclusively on functionality.
