Steve,
I'm sure that many people here would like to help.  I think you can help them 
help you by telling them what you're running on your Braille note.  Have you 
backed up files before with no problems in an earlier version? What my thinking 
is, is that if you upgraded, there may be a new command or perhaps a bug in the 
software.  In addition, I think that when we ask questions, we have to remember 
to say what kind of keyboard we're using.
