Hi Paula, I know that if you are on DSL, and if you shut off the BN, or have to 
reset it, you will sometimes get the "can't find popserver message".  It still 
has that dial up where it asks you that question.   I know I'm not saying that 
right, I'm really not all that good at my wording.  I think I'll leave it to 
those with more education.
