Josh:
The battery may take as long as 3/4 hours to charge completely. The way
most chargers work is that they charge at a high rate, until they get above
80% & then slow dow to top off the charge. This prevents the battery from
overheating, exploding etc. BTW, this is an excellent freason for NOT using
a charger from another manufacturer.
