Grant, does it say 6.1, build 21? If so, go on the website to find the 6.11 patch. You'll have to download it on a pc if you have one. If you don't, I understand Humanware can help you. When it's downloaded, it will need to be unzipped. You'll need to find the BIN listed in the None Folder of the Flash Disk, and erase it. Install your new version by pressing dots 4-5 chord. You'll hear some funny tones, but you should be okay. Like I said, if you don't have a pc, let Humanware know, because they can help you. Good luck.
