Hello Josh,
Everything should be on the flashdisk after the upgrade, as it was before
the upgrade. The only difference will be in the files that we put on it, for
OS and KeySoft purposes. Having said that, you can never back up too much
or too often so backing up your files before the upgrade would be a good
step to take.
