Hi Beth,

For such an address, you would need to type in the exact address into the
browser. You do not "erase" the w's. Rather, the BN's browser (like many
other web browsers) assumes that your address will have an http://www. at
the beginning of every URL. So if it does not, just type in the exact URL
and, assuming it's accessible to keyweb, it will come up without a problem.
