I think Dean said to reinstall Version 5. whatever the thing is and it
should work.

Recently someone wrote about doing a reset and being asked for a product
key. This just happened to me a minute ago. I would get "product key?"
and then "cannot run this version of keysoft." The bn would then play a
sound, and everything would go dead.
I did all three types of resets, and my bn is now working in ROM, (version
4.01 for me). How do I remedy this?
I don't remember the other person ever really getting an answer, so I'm
hoping Dean or someone else can be of some service here.
