Sorry about the translation. I'll try this again.
?To delete an attachment, navigate to the "attachment" infield of the email
message you wish to delete it from. Press backspace with c (control with i)
and confirm the deletion.

Alternatively, you can go to the file manager, press d to enter the directory
mode, navigate to the flash drive. Press space with t (control with t) to
navigate by directories or subfolders. Press k until you get to keymail, and
then press enter. Press space bar so you will hear "list of subdirectories in
/keymail". Press space bar again so that you are at the subdirectory
attachments. Press enter twice. The first enter press will prompt you for
subdirectories in this directory. The second will now prompt you with the list
of documents in this folder.

Press space with x (read with x), to view all file types, navigate to the file
you wish to erase, and delete it. This method isn't really recommended,
though, because the "attachment" field will still exist on your email message,
you will just not be able to open it. If you do, you will hear "system cannot
find the file specified." So I'd recommend that you do look in your
/keymail/attachments subdirectory frequently, because quite a bit of
meaningless junk can accumulate there. Often I find that if I attach a file to
an outgoing email, even if I do not save a copy in keymail, a copy of that
attachment finds its way to the subdirectory.
