The card with a card reader is not only efficient for use with the PC
and Braillenote interchange of data, but it is much cheaper. No moving
parts in the card reader that we, the user, notice.

Subject: [Braillenote] compact-flash, or, microdrive.

Greetings to all, I am considering extending the memory of my
braillenote. It appears I can either buy a compact-flash card, or a
microdrive. I am looking for about one gyg or more. I would very much
like to know the advantages, or otherwise, of one system compared to the
other. can someone help. my instinct tells me to go for the
compact-flash with no moving parts, but surely that can't be the whole
story, otherwise nobody would buy microdrives. come in please.
Don Cooper.
