They probably are, since very little if any of windows ce gets used anyway.  
Remember, we're using the bare shell of windows ce to run keysoft.  I'll stop 
there, since I'm going off topic.  Try an incramental back up.  Also stuff like 
the bible and the lord of the rings I would definitely have 2 cf cards.
