Hi, Lisa, Lisa and List: I'm not sure what gives the internet "operation completed successfully" but I can tell you if your E-mail is doing it to go to your KeyList folder on the Flash Disk, go to the emailfolder.cdb. You'll need to erase that folder. Then, go to "write and email". You will see that there is no database, and you'll be asked if you want to create a new one? Press Y. So, from the Main Menu, you will press F for file, E for erase, go in to KeyList, press Space with X (read with X) to find the emailfolder.cdb. Hth
