I'm wondering whether you have an incorrect version of the manual? Are all your other commands listed correctly, that is, in terms of the QT and not the BT keyboard? Press READ with HELP for the onboard manual, then I for the Index, then V for the version, and see if you are told that the manual is for a QT model, and if not, you might want to contact PDI in order to receive the necessary files, so that you would be able to install the correct manual on your unit.
I just checked a copy of the BNQT 5.1 manual which I downloaded off of the PDI site, and section 3.14.4, which covers the Information Menu, correctly tells the user to press READ with CONTROL with I.
