Hi Julie: In my nontechnical way, I have been made to understand that this winsock error is your pop server basically saying that your BN is taking to long to download the mesages from the server, and that it has dropped the connection in order to allow another user to access the pop server to retrieve their mail. I've only received this message once, but that is what I have been made to understand, so I am not aware of any way in which you could remedy this.
