Hi Anne, You've spent more time telling us we should back up and you're asking the same question? I don't get this. Of course you need to back up your address list. If I remember correctly, I think 6.11 will accept your address list, but yes, back it up unless you want to lose it! It's important data, remember? It never hurts to have backups even on regular computers. I have two copies of my addressbook! Isaac
