Hi Ben, Welcome to the list; it is nice to see yet another Aussie on the list. It is also nice to get the positive feedback about how you are enjoying and getting real practical use out of your BN.
Your suggestion for an indicator of download time remaining or percentage is a good one and I suspect it is already on the list of things to consider for future upgrades. Regarding German entry, it is true that you can only enter in grade zero German braille at this stage but you should not have to use the unicode character table if you have the German table selected. Make sure that when writing German that you go into Options, down to Braille display and then make sure the computer table selected is for German. This will effect other text entered in the document that is English as well because you can only have one translation table applying at one time. I am not familiar with German braille but it may be the case that some characters can only be entered if you have 8 dot braille entry on. I hope this helps. Thanks Ramona
