Tina, I don't know about the website thing, my Bookshare works fine, but do you log in when you go on, If not, I think you can only download public domain books. You will need your password to log in. I won't go into the detales unless you don't know the log in procedures since if you do already know, you don't need an explanation as to how to do it.
