This is mainly for PDI staff on this list.

I'm greatly impressed with the BN upgrade 6.1 as well as the Braille Note PK. How does 6.1 with the BN and 6.0 with the PK differ? Since both units have many of the same features, it would be exhausting to determine where both units are the same and where they differ. I'd like to know which feature may be on the BN and not on the PK and visaversa. I think it would be easier to discuss differences between the two units rather than what is similar. I already know about the braille displays; the pk is 18 cells and the BN is 18 or 32 cells. The size is very different of course! If I understand what I read correctly, the PK can play more types of audio files than can the BN but then this may change with the upgrade. The PK can play stereo files where the BN does not as of yet. Audio streaming is not available with either unit. Again, some of this is merely my own understanding so thought I for one might benefit by hearing about what is different between these units. I think this emphasis on the discussion would be useful since I might add more technology in the future, perhaps I might purchase a PK in addition to my BN.

Thanks for your help!
