>Subject: [Braillenote] Problem

>Hi everyone,

>I just got my BrailleNote QT back from repairs less than two days ago. Part
>of the keyboard wasn't working, and that's fixed now, or at least was.

>About an hour ago I was using the BrailleNote and it suddenly died. The
>battery was still at something like 25% when this happened, so I figured it
>was the battery and plugged it in, but that did nothing. It didn't even come
>up with the "AC adapter on" message. I've tried the various kinds of resets
>with no result, either. It makes its beep noise but that's it, it won't
>actually start. I've left it plugged in for about half an hour but it's
>still doing nothing (and yes, I've checked the power outlet and it does
>work).

>Is there anything else I can try? It couldn't possible die on me completely
>after just being repaired! I've only had this unit for a year and a half and
>it's already been in for repairs twice.

>Thanks for any suggestions.

>Very frustrated,

>Jen
