Hi Peggy and anyone else who's interested, No, I haven't resolved the problem with Cingular yet. In the meantime, we have decided to move, so preparing for that momentous event has taken priority and will most likely do that for a few more weeks. In the meantime, I carry a phone cord around with me. <smile>
