Hi. I have a friend and he has a voice note. He for the first time tried
to connect it up with active sync. The first couple times it connected
fine. He was connecting it through either serial or USB, I can't be sure.
Then the windows firewall tried to block the connection, which I thought was
odd since there should be no internet stuff going on. We said don't block,
and ever since, the computer will connect, then shortly after, a critical
stop sound will go off and it will say that the port cannot be found. We
tried disabling the firewall, rebooting the computer, turning on and off the
voice note, disconnecting and reconnecting the voice note..and we're still
getting this error. How can we fix this?
