Hello Richard,

This is specifically mentioned in the readme file for KeySoft 6.11.  There
is a file that can't be deleted that Internet Explorer uses.  The only way
to delete it is by doing a 456 reset.  However, when this option is
selected, all the other files are in fact, removed.
