If you already have an isp with a pop3 server
you just go to set-up options, choose add a service, and type that stuff in.
Follow the prompts. Let's see, an address for your pop3 server should be pop3
dot name of your isp, followed by com or net. Your smtp server is probably
smtp dot and server name and what ever that name ended with com, etc. Your
system does not have a list of servers in it. You're supplying that
information along with the password and phone number. Leave most of the
defaults alone. Then plug in your phone chord and see if it works.

You do this offline. Follow the prompts. You'll do just fine.
