Hello Kathleen, Card readers are finicky. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. We tried one today and it didn't work. It showed the file as being transferred to the braillenote PK card with the card being in the reader and us trying to transfer a file from the computer. when I put the card back in the Braillenote PK, it couldn't find the file. We found that activesync worked the best for us in this case. There may be nothing wrong with your card reader at all. It's just a different format that the Braillenote may not recognize. Isaac
