If things haven't changed since I last heard, I understand they are using 
Windows CE 4.2 (apparently the marketing droids called it something else, 
Windows CE .NET 2003, I think, but not sure).  This is consuming one of 
your SMA counts, if you are using it to purchase your upgrade to KeySoft 
6.1.  Else, for a PK, you will receive it out-of-box.

It's important to understand that KeySoft and Windows CE bare no 
relationship to one another, other than that the former uses and runs on 
the services of the latter.
