Hello,

when this message is displayed, KeySync is not running.  If you didn't
specify that KeySync should run when the Pc starts, you will have to
manually open KeySync from the all programs/pulse data/keysync menu.

Hi List, this is primarily for the folks at PDI.

I am running Keysoft version 5.1 build 22, Activesync version 3.71, and
Keysync version 1.1.  I downloaded both the activesync and the keysync from
the PDI website today.  After connecting through Activesync, getting the
connected message, and then using the syncronize now command, I am told that
"The Virtual Circuit was reset by the remote side" by the BrailleNote.
What's wrong with this setup?
