Hi all,
This is another one for existing PK users and the team at PulseData who
would presumably be well-positioned to answer this for definite or would
have discovered this by experimentation.
Has anyone successfully managed to connect their BrailleNote to an
ActiveSync host using WiFi over TCP/IP? Presumably, since ActiveSync can
establish a connection to its victim over TCP/IP on an ethernet, the same
should be possible (and, in my opinion, preferable to bluetooth) over a
WiFi link. Can you just tell ActiveSync that you want to use an ethernet
connection and configure it similar to a wired connection? Certainly this
would be useful when I get a wireless card for the KeySoft 6.1 release for
current BrailleNote.
Cheers,
Sabahattin
