If I want an update put on my machine at convention, is the number on the
machine all I need. Then you can look up what I am eligible to receive. If
I got 5.0 and didn't get 5.1, what am I eligible for?
I got my machine through the CAP program. I think I am covered for two
upgrades.

Hi Paul, we'll provide more specifics closer to the time, but we'll of
course be exhibiting and selling products at both Conventions, complete
with a show discount.

Additionally, we'll be giving a Seminar at the NFB Convention on 29 June
at 10 AM. It will be repeated that same day at 3 PM.

We'll be at the ACB Convention with a BrailleNote users seminar between 5
and 7 PM on Wednesday 7 July, and on the ACB Convention programme on
Thursday.

At both Conventions, we'll have Keyshop running again, for basic
BrailleNote repairs. There'll also be hands on demonstrations. Much more
to come before convention time.
