When you are at the Main Menu, Press E, R. When it says "read from which folder?" Press the Space Bar to the Outbox. Once there, you should see your message. Press 2,3,5,6 with the Backspace, or Control with eight. I believe it's Control, maybe Shift, if you have the Qwerty. HTH
