Hi, all.  Well I called PDH again today because Airborne still hadn't come 
to pick up the 5.1 upgrade that they supposedly wanted me to send back to 
them.  The lady I talked to today put me on hold, then came back and said 
there was no reason to send it back, as it was a free upgrade, and I should 
just keep it in case I ever needed to reinstall.  So I've stuffed it 
securely away in case it's needed.  But I'm still concerned that I was told 
to send it back last week and that Airborne would be coming to get it, and 
now I'm being told to just keep it, and it was probably sent as a courtesy 
thing.  It makes me wonder what kinds of conflicting messages I might get 
about whether or not Keysoft 6.1 will be on its way to me once it's 
released.  I'm trusting it's just because everyone's so busy with all the 
upgrades and mergers and stuff.  But it really does give the customer an 
insecure feeling when they're told two opposite things within just a few days.
