I'd rather the 100 plus individual messages because I personally find them
easier to handle and respond to, but as long as it doesn't exceed 10000K,
the BN should be fine with the digest message. Just be sure to empty the
trash, free database space, and even do a JKL(or 4,5,6) reset when you're
done. Also, check for ghost mail, as it can really clog up your folders.
