Jonathan, After getting your file attachment and extracting the *.ini file to the Window Eyes program folder on my system and looking in the list of Braille Displays, I didn't see Braillenote keyboard input or something like that in the list. Do I actually have to have the Braillenote connected to the PC to see this choice?
