Hi Rhonda and Lisa:

Depending on what other documents Lisa has stored in her General folder, the
demonstration document might not be her first document. In fact, it may not
even exist if she has chosen to delete it from the folder. But Lisa, I think
sighted assistance is definitely your best bet when configuring a printer.
Using the document you currently wish to print, have someone help you tweak
with the  margins etc until the printout looks how you desire it too.

Once again, this has absolutely nothing to do with the BN's ability to do
something. It is most likely simply printing as programmed to, via your
settings.
