A new keyboard would cost about four hundred dollars, but that  is an 
expense the customer bears rather than the company.
Yes, Pulsedata employees should know this. Furthermore, Pulsedata needs a 
more responsive time to answer customers questions. Having to wait 24 
hours is a long time to wait if you're a teacher.
It's ridiculous when you spent five thousand dollars for equipment as 
well.
