Hi All,

Yes, that is the message I'm getting. And, then I'm advised to do a
reset with no keys held down, but nothing happens when I do that, the PK
just chimes and then just has that same message displayed. Then, after five
minutes or so, if I
try to hit most any key or go to the main menu, I get all the prompts like
the grade of Braille and language I'm using, and then am advised about the
planner and alarm system not being able to be started and to reinstall this
version of keysoft if the problem
continues. I was reading e-mail when this occurred, had eighty-four
messages on the unit, about seventy or so still in inbox and the rest in the
trash folder. Then, I read a message, went to the keymail action menu and
hit d for delete and the unit just froze. No resets would work, so I
finally powered down the unit with c1 and c4. Then, it came back on and
gave me that message about the flash disk, after chiming and just sitting
there for awhile. I'm guessing this means a call to tech support and then
getting a return authorization number. Is that correct? I don't suppose
there is any other way to deal with this, but figured I would ask first just
in case. And, oh, yes, although the PK had given me no problems with the
amount of info I had on the unit, I must admit that I did have quite a bit,
so maybe that caused my problem, although I was never warned of the disk
being too full or anything.

Thanks.
