Hi Jane, the two-way communication we set up for Lance and his family used Window-eyes on the PC, with our Braille input feature for Window-eyes running on the BrailleNote.

Apparently, if I read the article right, he's able to type, and whatever he says shows up on the computer screen. i understand that--I've done it with a visual display. Then it goes on to say that the family cam type backto him in print and it will translate into Braile. It seems almost automatic. What actually happened/ How did this get set up?
