Hi al,
Make certain the settings in your planner file are the same as in the test
file. You need to have interpoint turned on, page numbering on etc. Check
those and you should be able to emboss correctly. Those settings are in
the page settings menu and one other place I can't recall and check out
since my BN is on its way to service presently.

6.1. I have a Juliet interpoint embosser and have tried to emboss on both
sides of the paper. When I emboss the "embosser test document B" it works
properly, putting numbers 1-25 on the front side of the paper and 26-50 on
the back, so I assume I have the BrailleNote setup correctly. When I try
to emboss the planner I get entries only on one-side. Any suggestions will
