Now is this on the cd which came with the pk? Or, is it in Office 2003? I
have them both?

Hi Mary Ellen, you will need the KeySync utility on your PC. You make an
ActiveSync connection between the BrailleNote PK and your PC, and then you
can use the Synchronisation Menu from the Utilities Menu of the
BrailleNote. Be sure that the KeySync programme is running on your PC when
you do this.
