Hi, List!

According to the manual, you must enter a last name in that particular field. 
You can skip, or fill in, any other field, but the last name must have 
something in it. Maybe if you don't have a last name for the person, you should 
put their first name in that field so that it has something to work with. I 
usually put an organization name, or company name, in the last name field 
rather than splitting it up into the various fields.
