Riana, Unicode characters can only be entered in Text documents. You're entering it correctly. You won't hear any indication that it's been inserted, but move your cursor back a character with SPACE with dot 3, then press SPACE with dots 3-6 to read the current character. The VoiceNote should say, in the example you gave, "e circumflex" (without the quotes), which means the character's been inserted. Look up Extended Characters Topics in the Index of your User Guide, and read all the references. This will give you a fuller understanding of Unicode Characters. Remember, they can only be entered in Text documents. HTH.
