Yes Allison, I suppose you use keysoft 5.1. If you want to change the date, go to the appointment, press space with dots 3 and 4 on a BT, I don't know the QT commands, then press r then backspace and there you can change the date. After you changed the details, press space with e and you will hear "modify this appointment" just press enter and then you are done.
