Hi, Antonio and List: Antonio, from the File Directory, Press E to erase a file. Go to KeyList, and press Space with X, (Read with X) so that you see the "hidden folders". Go to Email Folders.cdb. Erase that one. Then, from the Main Menu, press E, then W. You should see that there is no database, and be asked if you want to create a new one? Press Y for yes. Since this has happened, you may have lost any folder you created on your own. Let us know if you fix it.
